Aura-Soma Color Therapy Products
How to use Equilibrium bottles, Pomanders and Quintessences
Within Aura-Soma there are several possible product components that can be used including Pomanders, Quintessences, ArchAngeloi, Air Conditioners and Color Essences
Aura-Soma is a color-centered holistic therapy created by Vicky Wall, who through prayer and meditation was inspired to create a system intended to lead an individual to fulfill his life purpose.
The largest component of the system is its 106 dual-colored Equilibrium bottles. Each bottle has a name and number and is made up of a combination of colors, crystals and the oily and watery parts of plants.
Within the system there exist several possible product components that can be used alone or together for an individual’s maximum soul growth—the Equilibrium bottles, Pomanders, Quintessences, Air Conditioners, ArchAngeloi and Color Essences.
As outlined in The Aura-Soma Sourcebook, by Mike Booth, there are many ways to experience Aura-Soma. Once you’ve consulted with an Aura-Soma practitioner or have viewed and purchased the products online, you can begin to explore their diverse uses.
The Equilibrium Bottles:
- Can be used during meditation—imagine swimming in the bottle immersing yourself in the colors or visualize breathing them in and out surrounded in a cloud of your favorites
- The contents of the bottle can be applied to the body—the skin absorbs the energies of the ingredients
- Smell the contents of the bottle—breathe them in while focusing on the color
The Pomanders:
- Place three drops in the palm of your hand and rub palms together
- Reach your hands above your head imagining that you are offering the Pomander to the world
- Imagine the energies leaving your left hand, going around the world, and entering back into your right hand
- Offer the power of the Pomander to enter your energy field beginning at the crown chakra
- Stop and rest at the heart chakra and reflect on all that concerns you
- Move the rest of the way down to your root chakra
- Offer the energies to the earth and imagine your Pomander infiltrating each layer
- With palms together, bring hands up to face and breathe in the Pomander’s aroma three times
The Quintessences:
- Apply three drops to your left wrist and rub wrists together
- Extend your arms above your head offering the energies to the world
- Try to connect with spirit
- Bring your hands down and cross your wrists over crown chakra
- Open and close your arms, crossing them over each chakra
- Stop at heart chakra and rest
- Continue drawing energy through rest of charkas
- Offer Quintessences to the earth
- Brush your hands out from and upward in front of your body giving the energies away to the world
- Bring your hands together at forehead and inhale the Quintessences’ aroma three times
The Air Conditioners:
- Spray to condition and energize the air around you
The ArchAngeloi:
- Spray once over your left shoulder
- Spray once above your crown chakra
- Spray once over your right shoulder
The Color Essences:
- Add a few drops to your bath water
- Add to creams or oils and apply
All parts of the Aura-Soma system are intended to address a client’s different needs. The precise color combination of the Equilibrium bottles work “to restore clarity to a related chakra” or” to nurture growth.”
The Pomanders include herbs and work “within and affect the auric field.” They relate to colors in the Aura-Soma range and are “intended to introduce the positive energies and messages of their specific color and to be protective.” They are intended to strengthen the field of light surrounding our physical bodies.
The Quintessences are also comprised of herbs and work with the “emotional body.” They “facilitate the flow of energy from the inner planes and invoke the most positive energies of the color ray to which they are connected.”
The Air Conditioners are basically Pomanders and Quintessences developed to be used as room sprays. They work on the atmosphere bringing “qualities of the particular Pomander or Quintessence they contain” to the space.
A recent development in the system, the ArchAngeloi, come in the form of a spray. They are meant to affect our auric fields inviting “the energies of the archangels into your aura.”
Color Essences have a “centering quality that facilitates our connection to the earth” helping us to stay grounded in our creative undertakings.
As with the Equilibrium bottles, the Pomanders, Quintessences, Air Conditioners, ArchAngeloi and Color Essences correspond to color and have a specific purpose that corresponds to it.
